1st Virginia CMSA is dedicated to providing a fun, safe experience for Cowboy Mounted Shooters of all ages!

We offer clinics for new shooters, connections to professional trainers in your area, and family friendly CMSA competitions throughout the year.

Cowboy Mounted Shooting offers something for all ages. For ages up to 12, we have the wrangler program where they ride the course or by lead line.  The advanced wranglers ride the courses and address each target with a toy or empty gun. Competition levels are from one to six, Those levels are also split into gender and seniors ( 50 and above).  Rifle, shotgun and cavalry are split divisionally.
